Role Overview: As an Outside Window Appointment Setter,
your goal is to knock residential neighborhoods door to door and schedule in-home sales appointments with residential homeowners interested in purchasing replacement windows . The objective of these appointments is to help homeowner decision-makers looking to increase the safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and value of their homes. Your belief in the tremendous value we offer through our replacement windows will propel you to

a real relationship of trust and turn cold interactions into buying customers at every doorstep and home you find yourself in . Your expertise in building rapport, clear communication, diligence, and product knowledge will help you maintain a healthy pipeline of appointments that convert into successful sales and installations. Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions. - Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings. - Provide an unmatched customer experience through thoroughfollow-up. - Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets. Position Requirements: - Previous door to door experience

in the morning and evenings according to homeowner availability. - Ability to be on your feet and walk for up to 3 miles or 8 hours per day comfortably. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual proficiency is an asset! - Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs. - Consistent performance in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. - Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
