to join our team. Role :
.Net Production Support Developer Experience :
Minimum 8 to 12 years of solid experience. Job Location :
On-site at the client’s office in Phoenix, AZ. Must Have Qualifications : Net frameworks (4.0, 5.0) Net Core ASP.Net MS SQL Server ADF, PowerShell, and SFTP Responsibilities : Development, support, design, testing, and deployment of applications using MS SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, WCF, jQuery, AJAX, XML, Web Forms, Entity Framework, and Stored Procedures. Support experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Service Cloud. Troubleshooting and communication skills. Experience with incident management and ticketing systems. Familiarity with ITIL processes. Support activities including ticket monitoring, application monitoring, incident resolution, and request handling. Experience with Confluence and Control-M jobs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. End-user support via Teams and screen sharing. Understanding of SLAs and customer support metrics. Work Authorization :
