Data Center NPI Program Manager

Job Description:
The goal of this team is to provide continuous long-term improvement to data center products and processes via escalation support & root cause investigation, analysis of production data trends & significant issues, corrective & preventive action, and proactive engagement with the partner teams. Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze deployment data from predefined dashboards and prepare NPI project metrics for senior Quality TPMs. Perform first-level investigation of fleet data to identify deployment/production issues and create bugs for resolution by partner teams. Execute well-defined projects under limited guidance, and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations. Consolidate information from tickets, bugs, and documents into tracking sheets for team members and stakeholders. Use tools and techniques to explore and analyze data, identifying patterns, relationships, and trends. Create visual data representations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to enhance understanding. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, influencing policy and decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and enable informed decisions, including filtering data, handling missing values, and data preparation for analysis. Monitor and communicate progress, risks, and mitigations effectively. Perform technical due diligence to evaluate engineering scope, milestones, timeframes, and resource needs. Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in program management. Experience working in a data center environment is a plus. Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python+. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) is a plus. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, or relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent practical experience. About US Tech Solutions:
