Responsibilities:
Develop wireframes and prototypes: create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma.
Assist Business Analysts (BA) and Project Managers (PM) in user research: lead and document interviews and surveys for key users to understand their needs.
Utilize Dovetail for user research documentation and session recording, and manage documentation in Confluence.
Develop user flow diagrams, empathy maps, and service blueprints.
Design UI screens in Figma with high skill and experience.
Create clickable prototypes in Figma, conduct demos, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
