Job Description Summary The “Digital Technology Product Specialist – Supply Chain Planning (Oracle)” will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining DT applications and solutions supporting the value chain. This role acts as a liaison between DT and the Aero Alliance JV (AAJV) supply chain, providing project management, application support, and process improvements through configuration and enhancements in Oracle R12 E-business Suite. Candidates should have extensive experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain and ASCP, with a strong IT background. Responsibilities Manage lifecycle of Supply Planning applications, including vendor relationships and internal stakeholder alignment. Identify opportunities for process standardization to improve AAJV business performance. Lead DT programs, projects, and initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end system deployment and improvements. Work with business partners to leverage digital solutions for process enhancements. Design, specify, test, and implement reports and dashboards to address data and analytics gaps. Define KPIs, set milestones, and establish reporting routines. Ensure application development complies with standards, regulations, and sustainability requirements. Collaborate with peers to deliver and sustain digital solutions, improving DT systems and processes. Develop teams through leadership, coaching, and developmental opportunities. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related fields; Master’s preferred. At least 3+ years in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP). Minimum of 5+ years in IT, with project management and ERP expertise. Desired Characteristics Expertise in Oracle EBS/ERP modules, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). Experience with procurement, inventory, logistics, and related business processes. Knowledge in process design, architecture, and integration with Oracle Financials. Certifications like APICS or Six Sigma preferred. Strong organizational, presentation, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience with Visio, MS Access, SQL/PLSQL, Web Service Integration, and ERP security architecture. Willingness to travel up to 10%.
