Approximately 5 years of experience managing a program involving customer interaction Strong communication skills with the ability to quickly adapt to different situations Experience working directly with end customers (mostly startups and enterprises) Technical experience to understand and implement solutions using Azure services Experience managing a diverse team across geographies Mandatory cloud experience, with Azure preferred Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the Microsoft AI Co-innovation program end-to-end, including process documentation Collaborate with engineering teams on solution feasibility using Azure services and other Microsoft technologies Lead daily standups and sprint ceremonies Ensure contractual SLAs and metrics are met
