JOB SUMMARY: The Marketing Program Manager is responsible for designing and executing programs that leverage strategic associations and partnerships to drive lead and brand visibility. This role combines strategic planning, relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-performing marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience building impactful programs from the ground up, with a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and operational excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategy & Program Development • Define program goals aligned with business and marketing objectives. • Identify and prioritize key industry associations and organizations for partnership. • Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market plan including events, campaigns, webinars, and content initiatives.

Execution & Relationship Management • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external association partners. • Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements. • Create association-specific content and campaigns. • Plan and manage in-person and virtual events as part of a broader partnership strategy. • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, demand gen) to ensure lead follow-up and program alignment.

Measurement & Optimization • Track and manage program KPIs. • Collect post-campaign data, develop insights, and recommend improvements. • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to optimize future programs. Cross-Functional Enablement & Support • Develop internal training materials related to partnerships. • Contribute to internal reporting frameworks and documentation. • Help define and refine policies and best practices for partnership programs. QUALIFICATIONS : • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; 5+ years in a related marketing, partnerships, or program management role . • Demonstrated ability to build new programs from scratch. • Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, including audience segmentation and lead tactics. • Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders. • Experience with budget management and contract negotiation. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from data and optimize programs accordingly. • Willingness to travel to support program events (up to 24 events per year).
