Job Description
This role is waterfall oriented and requires experience in Infrastructure (network, End User Systems) implementations in Data Centers and retail environments. The responsibilities include: End-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Financial management, risk management, and dependency management for the project. Developing a comprehensive project plan. Resource planning in collaboration with the resource manager. Maintaining the RAAIDD log and escalating issues as necessary. Collaborating with project accountants for financial information. Managing scope, objectives, requirements, and resources, including change control adherence. Working with solution teams on change control processes. Managing dependencies and interfaces with related projects. Ensuring adherence to release management practices. Securing Go-No-Go signoff. Overseeing architecture design, testing, deployment, and hypercare plans. Setting stakeholder expectations and providing regular status updates. Managing project governance, risks, issues, and dependencies. Issuing project closeout communications and updating relevant documentation. Communicating major changes affecting multiple applications or stores. Setting project vision, resolving issues, and negotiating with stakeholders. Following ADUSA IT processes and promoting continuous improvement. Mentoring project teams and providing process feedback. Qualifications include: At least 10 years of project management experience.
