What You'll Do
Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Criteo, and eBay Ads Manage and direct agency partners to ensure alignment with performance goals and brand strategy Implement self-service ad campaigns on marketplace platforms such as TikTok Shop Ads and Criteo Own full-funnel Amazon Advertising, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP Monitor campaign performance, conduct deep-dive analyses, and implement robust A/B testing strategies Allocate and manage paid media budgets to meet both short- and long-term revenue goals Develop and present clear, actionable reports on campaign performance and testing outcomes Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., GTM, sales, planning) to align marketing efforts with business objectives Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, serving as the in-house subject matter expert for marketplace paid media Use data analytics to drive decision-making and continuously improve campaign efficiency Demonstrates strong organizational skills and clear communication, consistently meeting deadlines, prioritizing tasks effectively, and proactively flagging risks or delays Maintains a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, responding flexibly to special projects and evolving business needs What You'll Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field 6+ years of hands-on experience running paid media performance marketing campaigns, preferably in a retail or agency environment Deep understanding of Amazon Advertising platforms (PPC, AMC, DSP) and analytics tools such as Stackline, Helium10, or JungleScout Proven ability to use data and analytics to drive campaign optimization and business decisions Strong understanding of bid optimization tools and performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, ACOS) Experience handling agency relationships and using partner insights to improve results Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to present complex data clearly Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Critical thinker with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement Amazon Ads Certification or equivalent experience preferred Experience with additional marketplace ad platforms (e.g., Criteo, TikTok Shop Ads) preferred Familiarity with Amazon AMC data, attribution modeling and incrementality testing preferred The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.We accept applications on an ongoing basis.
