San Francisco CA Role Overview We are seeking an experienced
Program Manager – Data
to lead strategic programs centered around
enterprise data management ,
workflow automation , and
system integrations . The role involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives that span IT, data engineering, business operations, and compliance teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data platforms, ERP/CRM ecosystems, and scalable digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage large-scale data-centric programs involving multiple business units and systems. Oversee end-to-end program delivery from requirements gathering to post-implementation optimization. Drive integration efforts between data platforms, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Procurement, and Business Operations. Define program scope, build detailed roadmaps, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Establish governance frameworks and reporting standards for stakeholder visibility. Ensure compliance with internal data security and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR). Lead change management, testing, training, and adoption strategies for new systems and processes. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in program or project management with a strong emphasis on
data initiatives and system integration . Proven ability to manage complex enterprise programs involving ERP, CRM, or data warehouse systems. Familiarity with data governance, data privacy, metadata, and information lifecycle management. Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and compliance frameworks. Proficient in project management tools such as
JIRA, Smartsheet, MS Project, Asana, or Confluence . PMP, PgMP, or Agile/Scrum certifications are . Attributes Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to lead matrixed teams across time zones and business functions. Highly analytical, organized, and results-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
