Job Description
As a Manager Java Technology, you will contribute to Sapient engagements by creating defect-free code modules that meet business and technical requirements during the Enterprise Architecture Release (EAR), Implementation, and Manage phases.
Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field required. Strong Java technical and analytical skills. Leadership, innovation, learning aptitude, flexibility, and teamwork skills. SKILL REQUIREMENTS A polyglot full lifecycle engineer capable of managing the entire product lifecycle independently.
Requirement: Understand requirements to map to service contracts. Design: Experience in high-level and low-level design. Implementation: End-to-end implementation, reviews, and code quality practices. DevOps: Hands-on experience. Testing: Unit testing and other testing phases. Productization: Experience in production releases and troubleshooting.
Must-have Development Skills: Design and implementation of REST-based services (Node.js, Java Spring, React, Golang). Experience with messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, IBM MQ, Active MQ). Experience with event-driven architecture. Must-have DevOps and Monitoring Skills: Experience with Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Docker. Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Splunk, Kiali, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, others). Must-have Cloud Skills: Experience with cloud services (GCP, AWS, Azure, others) for deployment and development. Good-to-have API Skills: Experience with API gateway products (APIGEE, API Connect, Kong, Mule, AWS API Gateway, Azure APIM, others). Experience with GraphQL. Knowledge of gRPC standards. Database Skills: Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB, MySQL, Neo4j, others).
Additional Information Annual Pay Range:
USD 125,000 - USD 175,000 The actual range may vary based on location and skillset.
