Collaborate with colleagues to facilitate the movement of business to partner carriers Run reports with specific parameters Review existing books of business for consolidation purposes Maintain regular communication with partner carriers Manage assigned projects independently with partner carriers Distribute carrier quotes to service teams Follow up with service teams on bind status Negotiate coverage and premium on quotes with carriers Bind business and process payments Track results of business movements Manage and meet monthly production goals Qualifications
Must be Property & Casualty, Personal Lines licensed in NY or NJ with at least 5 years of experience Strong knowledge in personal lines servicing, including remarketing and new business placement Experience in High-Net Worth insurance is required Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office; experience with agency management software like Applied/Epic preferred Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy Ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and partners Team player with the ability to work independently Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, and able to multitask Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Discretion in handling sensitive information Professional demeanor and positive attitude
