TS/SCI Position Overview We have a dynamic opportunity for a Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) Product Team Owner in Boulder, CO, supporting the US Space Force's Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Test and Analysis Program (TAP) Lab. This key role involves leading CI/CD and S-SDLC management to ensure successful software delivery and integration. This position is contingent upon contract award and may require a signed letter of intent. If awarded, a subsequent posting will be available on the company careers portal. Responsibilities

Lead CID team resources under the BOSS contract. Own programmatic knowledge and oversee CID support activities. Manage CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment. Oversee S-SDLC processes ensuring security and compliance. Coordinate team efforts to meet project milestones and deliver quality software. Maintain stakeholder communication for updates and requirements. Improve CID processes for better efficiency and security. Qualifications

Minimum 14 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with higher degrees. At least 10 years in software development with CI/CD and S-SDLC expertise. Active TS/SCI clearance. Proven leadership in managing CI/CD pipelines and security practices. Strong technical and team management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
