What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as a liaison between Product Management, Managed Services, and Platform teams to refine requirements - Ensure product development adheres to agile best practices throughout the software development lifecycle - Create detailed user stories that capture customer-specific configurations and business needs - Collaborate with development teams to define sprint goals, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery - Manage and prioritize the product Jira backlog to align with business objectives and customer requirements
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis within a SaaS or technology-driven environment - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant theories and principles - Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes - Strong organizational and communication skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams - Experience using Jira or similar backlog management tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Prior experience in RegTech, FinTech, or Compliance Technology - Ability to effectively translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria - Strong attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
