Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our Fleet Services Group. The successful candidate will oversee program execution of ship Hull, Mechanical & Electrical (HM&E) or electronic system projects and manage client relationships. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Represent Continental Tide as the local Program Manager across the business line. Manage client relationships, maintain CDRLs, schedules, and budgets. Oversee and direct multiple project initiatives within corporate directives. Prepare status reports and ensure plans meet contract and corporate goals. Ensure contract compliance and resource allocation. Develop proposals, project estimates, and status reports. Lead project teams and support project execution from award to planning. Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives and growth opportunities. Perform additional duties outside of specialty as needed. Demonstrate industry expertise and sound judgment in planning and achieving objectives. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or 10+ years of experience with HM&E or electronic systems aboard US Navy ships. Knowledge of FAR clauses and contract management. Ability to develop proposal responses (IDIQ / Seaport-e). Ability to interpret NAVSEA Standard Items and ship specifications. Must have or be able to obtain SECRET clearance and base access. Willingness to travel within and outside the continental U.S. This role is open to U.S. citizens only due to export control regulations. Additional Skills: Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, decision-making, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Office Suite. Physical Requirements: Work in open-air, noisy, hot, and cold environments, including site visits aboard ships and rigs. Wear PPE and navigate various surfaces and obstructions. Visual acuity and physical ability to inspect marine components and operate tools and equipment. Work in confined spaces and handle physical tasks such as lifting 30 lbs or more.
