HDR's Transportation Business Group is hiring experienced and licensed project managers for our Highway/Roadway Division. Positions are based in Tampa, Sarasota, or Orlando, with consideration for other local offices in the region. Primary Responsibilities Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline engineering projects or large, routine projects. Coordinate work of engineers and manage planning teams throughout project development. Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. Participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance. Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents with staff. Coordinate workload and ensure timely completion of project documents. Track financial aspects and adjust work efforts to meet schedule parameters. Collaborate with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and management. Perform other duties as needed. #LI-JS6 Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing highway/roadway engineering projects. Experience in marketing, including preparing presentations and technical proposals. FDOT and Florida local government experience is a plus. PMP certification. Local candidates preferred. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering. At least 10 years of related experience. Minimum of 5 years project management experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; Access experience is a plus. Leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills. Commitment to our employee-owned culture.
