Overview Lutron is seeking an experienced Manager of Global Tax to join our Finance team at our Corporate Headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. This role reports to our Senior Director and Tax Counsel. Responsibilities include managing reporting and compliance with US Federal, state, and international tax laws, reviewing the global income tax provision, and improving tax processes. The position involves tax research, international tax planning (e.g., GILTI, FDII, FTC, BEAT, Pillar II), overseeing tax credits and incentives, supporting M&A activities, and providing tax guidance across departments.
Responsibilities
Oversee global income tax compliance payments and filings for US, Canada, UK, Netherlands, and Puerto Rico.
Lead process improvements for tax preparation and partnerships.
Assess impacts of changing tax laws.
Manage U.S. international tax compliance and review related forms.
Lead IRS and foreign tax audits.
Advise on tax matters related to business proposals.
Manage global income tax provision process per ASC 740.
Oversee reconciliation of tax accounts.
Manage tax credits and incentives, collaborating with external advisors.
Prepare reports for CbCR and OECD Pillar II compliance.
Coordinate transfer pricing studies and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MST preferred.
15+ years in tax within a large multinational or Big Four firm.
Recent 3+ years in international tax responsibilities.
Expertise in Subpart F, GILTI, FDII, BEAT, foreign tax credits, and international reporting.
Strong understanding of ASC 740 and U.S. federal taxes.
Experience with SAP, OneStream, or OneSource software is a plus.
Financial modeling skills for tax legislation impacts and risk assessment.
Ability to collaborate globally and build relationships.
