Mphasis . Key Responsibilities: CI/CD Pipeline Management:
Lead the setup, configuration, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce applications. Utilize tools such as GitHub, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Copado, or Gearset to automate deployments across Sandbox, UAT, and Production environments. Ensure efficient and error-free deployments with robust automation and monitoring processes. Salesforce DX & Version Control:
Implement and maintain Salesforce DX to streamline development workflows and enable source-driven development. Enforce best practices for version control using Git repositories, ensuring effective branching strategies, commit policies, and pull request workflows to maintain high code quality and collaboration. Release Management:
Oversee and coordinate the deployment of multiple releases in a Salesforce environment. Ensure seamless transitions between development, QA, UAT, and production by defining and executing structured release processes, rollback strategies, and environment management techniques. Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve deployment challenges and maintain system stability. Monitoring and Support:
Monitor the automated build and continuous integration process to ensure efficiency. Help develop, manage, and monitor CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development teams to architect, configure, monitor, and support their services, understanding implementations, assessing risks, and performing regression testing as needed. Additional Responsibilities:
Monitor and strategize mobile platform support. Perform other duties as needed. Minimum Experience: 2 years in Salesforce 2 years in Copado 5 years in DevOps 3+ years with Bamboo, Git, Jenkins, etc. Required Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently or in a team Experience in manual testing using tools like Postman, Swagger Familiarity with micro-service architectures Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Location: US - Texas - Austin Salary Range: $60,000 to $140,000 Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology Industry: IT Services and IT Consulting
