The successful Program Manager will coordinate with engineering, manufacturing and quality assurance disciplines, while being accountable for the delivery schedule. Responsibilities: Analize Contracts and related documents for existing and new customers keeping an accurate status of existing and new Purchase Orders (POs) and ensures alignment of POs and PCC ERP systems and regulatory requirements. In coordination with Operations, Sales, Engineering, Quality and supply chain performs production readiness to confirm site capacity to support adds or changes to customer POs /contracts. Responsible for reviewing and approving cost proposals and terms and conditions for major customers such as GE, Pratt & Whitney, Honeywell and Rolls Royce In coordination with Supply chain, engineering and quality find or develop alternate materials and hardware suppliers for existing and new contracts. Develop a tooling acquisition plan for production rate increase or new contracts in coordination with Engineering Risk assessment of contracts and implement appropriate risk mitigation actions. Continually monitor and address risks throughout all phases of the program. Establish strong relationships with customers by building trust. Obtain voice of customer feedback on our performance. Develop achievable schedules (with the help of Engineering and Production) for coordination of CHI activities and customer monitoring. Regularly communicates program information internally and externally through formal and informal presentations and correspondence. Communicate recovery plans, when applicable. Identify necessary engineering, manpower, equipment resources to ensure successful program execution. Positively influence a cross functional team of associates with a wide range of skill sets, ensuring roles and responsibilities of all team members are coordinated and executed. Ensures program-wide focus on schedule and adequacy of systems, procedures, and people for long term success.Able to coach and train less experienced employees. Able to evaluate data, develop recommendations, and obtain approval from senior management. Maintains status reports of programs and customercommitments and monitors technical performance and schedule. Supports root cause investigation of current quality issues affecting On time delivery of parts to customer Knowledge, Skills & Requirements: Must have 5 years of project, program, sales, or related experience. Bachelors degree in engineering/technical field or equivalent work experience. Must be highly adept in presentation skills and be comfortable in presenting company/program/technical information to internal management and external customers. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including ability to work independently and with teams across a broad spectrum of positions and personalities, and customers. Ability to present information to internal management and external customers. Demonstrated ability to lead people and provide overall leadership to program team while driving technical excellence. Understanding of composites parts manufacturing or aerospace industry is preferred. Highly developed organizational skills; able to plan effectively and give direction to people. Has advanced skills in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and Power Point, and Project Scheduling. Travel less than 10% annually. Must be a U.S. Persons
