Project Manager

to join our staff in

Albuquerque, NM . Summary In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the growing Ardurra family in the Transportation and Site/Civil Engineering practices. You will support our growth in New Mexico and help to manage and design a variety of transportation and civil engineering/land development projects throughout the region. Projects include DOT, City, and Municipal infrastructure, industrial, parks and recreation, residential, commercial, and drainage/stormwater, public works, roadway, and utility design for private projects and utility production and distribution. Primary Function Manage and provide design support on transportation and civil engineering projects (public and private) to support our practices. Collaborate with other engineering departments within Ardurra, including transportation, public works, water/wastewater, and surveying. Assist with client interface, budgets, schedules, and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery. Prepare project proposals, scope/fees, and RFP responses. Organize and supervise design activities for complex civil engineering projects involving multiple disciplines and consultants. Coordinate with project team members, clients, contractors, subconsultants, and permit agencies regularly. Prepare and review technical reports and calculations. Assist during construction administration by interacting with construction teams, reviewing shop drawings, and addressing RFIs. Education and Experience Requirements Professional Engineering (PE) License Minimum of 10 years of project management experience Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D BSc in Civil Engineering Experience in New Mexico and/or Southwest US preferred Business development and client relationship skills Strong financial management understanding Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Why Ardurra?
