Position Summary As the Manager for Sponsored Products within the Monetization team at CMX, you will
be responsible for
leading the strategy and execution of sponsored product initiatives. This includes driving the growth and effectiveness of sponsored product campaigns, delivering exceptional results for our clients, and improving the customer experience across our platforms. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Development:
Develop and implement strategic plans for sponsored products that align with CVS Health's overall business
objectives
and
the CMX's
goals.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire lifecycle of CMX's sponsored products, ensuring they meet market needs and customer expectations.
Performance Optimization:
Continuously
monitor
, analyze, and
optimize
the performance of sponsored products using data-driven insights to achieve continuous improvement.
Leadership:
Lead a dedicated team within the CMX department by promoting a culture of innovation and excellence while nurturing talent.
Market Intelligence:
Stay
up-to-date
with the latest trends and developments in retail media and sponsored products and apply this knowledge to CMX's strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with various teams within CVS Health, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure integrated and effective sponsored product campaigns.
Required Qualifications At least
5
years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on sponsored products, preferably in a retail or healthcare setting.
Proven success in managing sponsored product campaigns and achieving business
objectives

Strong analytical skills with
proficiency
in advertising analytics tools.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
A comprehensive understanding of the retail and healthcare advertising landscape.
Preferred Qualifications Problem solver that can translate high-level goals into practical plans
Ability to manage a successful product roadmap
Analytical skills where you can quantify both qualitative/quantitative data to make product and strategic decisions
Product intuition and UX design sensibilities, with a user centric mindset
Understanding of digital media channels - programmatic, paid social, paid search

Education Bachelor's or
Master's degree in Marketing

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $63,300.00 - $139,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
