Audubon Companies . Audubon is seeking a Project Manager to join our Off Site Office. The Project Manager will oversee the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals. Reports to the Director of Projects or Business Line Vice President/Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and executes project work plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing requirements. Assigns responsibilities and manages resources. Handles daily operational aspects of projects and scope. Reviews team deliverables before client submission. Applies Audubon methodology and enforces project standards. Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance. Minimizes project risks and exposures. Ensures project documents are complete and properly stored. Manages project budgets and financials, including revenue recognition and invoicing. Communicates with clients regarding invoices and project financials. Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, and efficiency. Maintains 24/7 accessibility to clients during project duration and acts as a single point of contact. Enforces Change Management procedures. Supervises project engineers, coordinators, and admins. Participates in business unit activities, acknowledging team contributions, and optimizing team potential. Shares lessons learned and mitigates team conflicts. Suggests process improvements and leads or participates in internal teams. EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Associates Degree and 7+ years of relevant experience. Preferred: BS Engineering, MBA. Minimum of 5 years industry experience as a Project Engineer or similar. Preferred: 10 years in Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing industries. Proven ability to develop effective project teams and foster ownership. Coordinates with various departments to ensure quality and timely delivery. Provides coaching and mentoring to project team members. Enforces standard policies and procedures. No recruiters, please!
