Overview The Holy Cross Medical Group (HCMG) is recruiting a full-time Chief Medical Officer to join a multi-specialty group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The CMO will be a key member of the HCMG Clinical Leadership team, balancing administrative duties and clinical activities. Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop clinical strategies, ensuring alignment with Trinity Health’s mission and vision. Oversee clinical operations for over 250 providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers, and allied health professionals. Partner with hospital and health system leaders to promote high-quality patient care and provider engagement. Participate in provider recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development. Support quality improvement initiatives and optimize electronic medical record systems. Qualifications
MD or DO degree, board certification in clinical specialty, Florida medical license. Minimum 10 years of post-residency clinical experience. Leadership experience preferred; active clinical practice required. Skills & Abilities
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. Compensation & Benefits
