Qualifications
10+ years managing large-scale IT, cybersecurity, or software development programs 6+ years leading Agile teams and DevSecOps in secure government or defense environments 5+ years managing classified or highly regulated programs with performance-based contracts 3+ years managing cross-functional teams in distributed or hybrid environments TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or Business PMP Certification Preferred Skills
Experience with Air Force organizational structure Experience drafting reports and briefing senior leaders Security Clearance TS/SCI clearance required; subject to security investigation. Compensation Range: $86,800 - $198,000 annually, based on factors like location, experience, and organizational needs. The posting closes in 90 days.
