If you are hardworking and are great at implementation systems, we will turn you into a Real Estate Superstar. Looking for Treasure Coast, Northern Palm Beach County and Southern Palm Beach County, Broward and Dade counties. Leads ECHO is a lead generation machine. We send out millions of emails on a monthly basis, purchase buyer and seller inquiries and pop up high in different online searches (we've mapped out over 16,000 subdivisions between Miami and Port St. Lucie since 2009. These buyer and seller inquiries are then contacted by our client concierge team who work to set an appointment for our agents. We train both on how to work the lead inquiries as well as farming a territory. Responsibilities: You must be willing to hustle and show properties and search for new business Participate in active marketing initiatives, from cold calling to attending industry events Helping clients determine the value of the property they want to sell Interview clients to determine their precise wants, needs, budgets and geographic limitations. Prepare and proofread real estate documents, from leases to closing contracts Organize and oversee open houses Advise clients about mortgage options and help them fill out the requisite paperwork to expedite the home buying process Represent landlords who own multiple properties and need to keep a consistent occupation rate Show properties Attend closing dates and provide support for clients Help with showings, make keys, attend inspections, etc... Qualifications/Skills: Friendly personality with a genuine desire to help people find their dream homes and sell their current ones Excellent written and verbal communication skills High comfort level with public interaction Adaptable Detail oriented Team oriented Must be willing to come to our our Palm Beach Gardens office for consistent training. Because of our lead generation, model and ability to farm any subdivision/condo building, we are looking for agents in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
