As a Performance Insights Manager, you will function as Measurement expert and help build best-in-class omni-channel measurement products and platforms that deliver digital advertising campaign measurement at scale. The candidate will play a lead role in building dashboards that measure the effectiveness of ad-campaigns in driving customer awareness, product consideration and omni-channel conversion, ROAS, and incrementality. They will work in unison with engineers, UX designers, data scientists and business partners to deliver a client-facing product. The Performance Insights Manager will encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints, as well as inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance while committing to the organization's direction. You will foster sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles. This role is work at home flexible. It can be based remotely in the U.S. or near one of our Corporate Hubs. If you are commutable to one of the following Corporate Hubs, you must work in the office 3 or more days a week: Boston, MA; Wellesley, MA; Woonsocket, RI; New York Soho area, NY; Chicago, IL; Blue Bell, PA. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Measurement solutions (majority in advertising technology or advertising measurement strongly preferred). Proven ability to lead and influence, with a track record of success in building and executing measurement product strategies. Sound business judgment and ability to think strategically, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, scope technical requirements, and make difficult trade-off decisions. 1+ years of leadership experience in BI/data analytics/data science/insights. 3+ years’ experience in designing business intelligence solutions (dashboard development) through use of data visualization software required (Tableau preferred) to uncover trends, realize insights, explore sources, and tell stories. 3+ years’ Experience in data management and working on hybrid infrastructure of Cloud and On-prem. GCP Preferred. Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in programming (e.g., SQL, Python), database environment (e.g., big-data platforms, SQL). Preferred Qualifications: Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, Digital Ad Tech Stack, Retail Media Advertising and the underlying technologies. Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including MMMs, MTAs, and Brand Lift (and other upper funnel measurement). Strong interpersonal skills; as well as strong initiative and self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and manage teams within a customer-service oriented environment. Excellent Organizational skills to handle several projects simultaneously, accommodate shifting priorities, and meet deadlines. Extreme comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environment. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate resources. Exceptional storytelling and presentation abilities, with a knack for influencing stakeholders and driving consensus. Agile development: Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working to improve your product. Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative /technical field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics) or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience) required. MBA or Masters degree in a quantitative /technical field preferred. Seniority level
