Scope of Work: The primary purpose of this position is to lead the contract through its overall lifecycle management, with overall responsibility for the execution and management of the maintenance services contract. Responsibilities: Provide cradle-to-grave oversight, direction, and management of the contract to ensure work meets all requirements and responsibilities. Ensure contract performance adheres to company and government processes, regulations, and statutes, promoting quality, innovation, and safety. Set performance goals and deadlines aligned with company and customer plans, mission, and vision. Conduct program status reviews, internal staff meetings, business development, customer interface, and other business functions. Oversee contract modifications and negotiations. Own and be accountable for the project's Profit and Loss (P&L), including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and revenue tracking. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement. Manage all financial activities to maximize project profitability and control losses. Collaborate with bargaining leadership to negotiate collective bargaining agreements (CBA) with unionized workforce. Work with supervisors and technical personnel to understand customer requirements and successfully complete projects. Supervise personnel to achieve contract objectives. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Oversee daily operations, task completion, and overall contract performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements: At least ten (10) years of relevant experience managing services on similar contracts, including multi-function base operations or facilities management. Strong knowledge of SCA, CBA, FAR, DFARS, and T&M contracts. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Maximo or similar work order systems. Effective communication skills. Ability to pass a Tier 1 Public Trust background check, if required. Valid driver’s license and safe driving record. Physical Demands / Work Environment: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods. Frequent use of hands for typing and data entry. Availability for on-call, extended shifts, including weekends and holidays. Pre-employment screening, including background checks and drug testing, is required.
