The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As a Finance Director in Strategic Sourcing and Enterprise Supply Chain, you will: Provide financial leadership for procurement savings across a spend base of $10-12B, including direct materials, manufacturing, indirect costs, capital, and energy, through strategic planning, reporting, and executive communication. Coordinate with Supply Chain functions, business groups, and divisions to cascade savings targets and communicate results. Standardize and govern procurement savings calculations and validate year-over-year savings. Drive improvements in tracking savings to financial statements to understand realization timing and location. Develop expertise on global markets affecting procurement spend. Plan and manage operating expenses and headcount for the global procurement organization within budget, enhancing spend productivity. Provide guidance on accounting for rebates, credits, and third-party manufacturing requirements. Ensure compliance with financial ethics and procurement policies. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals supporting Global Procurement. Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s degree or higher (verified before start date) 15+ years of finance or accounting experience in a private, public, government, or military sector Preferred: Experience leading cross-functional teams with strong influencing skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Attention to detail and high accuracy Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills Experience with process improvement and best practices in finance Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Additional Details Location: Hybrid (remote with travel to Maplewood, MN at least 3 days/week) Travel: Up to 15% domestic/international Relocation Assistance: Not provided Legal Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work without sponsorship Benefits & Additional Information Competitive pay range: $228,040 - $278,715, including base and variable incentives.
