RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst/Scrum Master in Irving, TX. This is a hybrid role gathering business requirements and facilitating Agile ceremonies for Optimizely v12 redesigns.
Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Business Analyst who can also serve as Scrum Master for our Agile Optimizely v12 website redesign. This hybrid role will gather and refine business and functional requirements, facilitate agile ceremonies, and ensure sprint velocity and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to translate business goals into detailed user stories Create and manage backlog items, acceptance criteria, and sprint goals in Azure DevOps or Jira Serve as Scrum Master to guide the team in Agile best practices, remove blockers, and ensure sprint commitments Collaborate with UX designers, content strategists, and developers to refine features for implementation Support QA and UAT efforts by validating functionality against requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on digital CMS projects 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery Requires experience in CMS projects and Scrum Master duties, with strong communication and detailed user story writing Familiarity with Optimizely CMS (v11 or v12) or equivalent enterprise CMS platforms Ability to translate marketing, content, and UX needs into technical implementation tasks Skilled in writing user stories, process flows, and wireframe annotations Strong facilitation and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through Must be able to attend daily standups and ensure alignment across a hybrid team
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
