In this role as part of our emerging Wholesale team, you'll be pivotal in initiating and maintaining strong operational frameworks with international partners. The position is centered on facilitating the seamless integration of new partners and ensuring ongoing alignment with our operational standards, contributing directly to the strength and reach of our global distribution network. Your efforts will be key in sustaining the efficiency and reliability that our customers and partners have come to expect from us. What you’ll do:

Own project management for wholesale launches, including onboarding and maintenance of partner management

Responsible for development and implementation of new international wholesale capabilities, including creating playbooks, operational processes, and resource plans across all channels

Set up international compliance and regulatory requirements for new partners (e.g. VAT, EORI)

Work cross functionally on creation and maintenance of Wholesale automation

Regularly report on partner performance metrics to senior management and identify areas where operational efficiencies can be enhanced

Keep active communication channels open with all partners, conducting regular review meetings to ensure mutual satisfaction

Resolve any issues and conflicts promptly while developing and implementing strategies that nurture and expand existing partnerships

Work cross functionally with multiple departments to ensure that supply chain strategies are aligned with business needs

Contribute to strategy focusing on International 3PL integrations (operations and technology), standing up new capabilities in new markets, and project management for new market launches across all channels

Additional operations support for Wholesale channel, as needed

You are:

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships

Experience in onboarding international and domestic wholesale partners, and working with 3PLs

Highly collaborative in approach, sharing necessary information with applicable partners regarding developments and decisions for optimal outcomes

Highly organized and detail-oriented

You have:

5-7 years of experience in wholesale operations

Extensive industry experience in global wholesale, specifically footwear or apparel

Familiarity working with major department stores (e.g., Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, etc.)

Proven ability to work independently

The ability to support various time zones for international partners

Experience working in SPS commerce, SAP, Shopify (ideal experience)

Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (but not required)

Pay range:

$150,000 - $177,000 annually Base pay is one part of the total rewards package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work. This role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Please see our Privacy Policy
