Group Marketing Manager , you will develop and execute segment-specific marketing strategies across all channels to support our SBUs' P&L objectives. You will collaborate with various teams to drive growth and alignment. We are hiring two managers: one for Retail channels and one for eCommerce platforms. Key values include:

Make the Hard Call . Location: Hybrid, Deerfield, IL. Transition to a new campus in mid-2025. Responsibilities include: Partner with teams to develop cross-channel strategies. Create comprehensive segment plans and monitor performance. Collaborate on growth initiatives and understand P&L impacts. Lead cross-functional teams for growth and insights. Build channel expertise through industry engagement. Align messaging with channel strategy. Develop measurement tools and dashboards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or related. 8+ years in retail or omnichannel marketing. Experience leading initiatives in a matrix organization. Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills. Travel up to 30%. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Experience in consumer/trade goods industries. Additional info:
