Regional Controller
to oversee financial operations across multiple business units within a designated region. This is a high-impact role that partners closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, ensure compliance, and support growth initiatives.

What You’ll Do: Lead all regional financial operations: billing, collections, payroll, AP, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual close processes and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with business and operations leaders to support service contracts, modernization projects, and new installations. Monitor project profitability and operational cost efficiency. Manage audits and maintain strong internal controls. Supervise and develop a regional finance team. Support M&A activity and new branch integrations. Drive process improvements and contribute to regional growth strategies. What You Bring: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including 5+ years in leadership. Strong knowledge of project accounting, revenue recognition, and cost control. Experience with multi-site operations and ERP systems (e.g., Business Central, SAP, Oracle). Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to align finance with business goals. This is a
hybrid role
