Scope : Assist with projects in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company. Help drive our business forward, getting a behind-the-scenes look at how our businesses are run, as well as implementing new ideas to improve and enhance our corporate operations. Act as a key contributor in effectuating strategic and operational efficiencies and changes across the firm, in addition to executing and integrating acquisitions globally. The team oversees and manages financial planning and analysis, treasury, compensation, travel, procurement, insurance, among other ad hoc projects. Involved in all aspects of these operation areas and will be conducting various analyses and presentations on corporate initiatives for the firm’s executives/senior management. Apprentice under and impact the agendas of senior management. Develop expertise in a variety of functions and businesses. Hone problem solving, modeling, communications and leadership skills in an environment of active mentorship and coaching. Conduct ad hoc analyses on various corporate initiatives for the Office of the Executives. Assist senior executives in project management across line of business and corporate function initiatives. Create presentations for the Operating Committee that summarize the strategic rationale and financial impact of various strategic opportunities. Manage and invest the firm’s excess cash to optimize returns. Work closely with corporate and business management on potential acquisitions and joint ventures, and project manage due diligence, legal documentation, and post-deal integration. Plan and manage the post-transaction integration process by coordinating the activities of multiple teams from across the firm.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering, Economics, a related field, or a foreign equivalent plus 1 year of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or any associate/consultant/finance/analyst related job titles. Applicants must possess 1 year of experience in the following: (1) Building financial models, managing the task lists, and tracking the financial timelines; (2) Managing team workflow using task management system Asana; (3) Developing presentations of firmwide initiatives for senior management; (4) Advising senior management on various treasury initiatives by managing company, investment accounts and cash flow forecast (using online banking tools); (5) Advising senior management on corporate insurance initiatives by managing insurance broker, leading insurance policy renewals, and responding to internal insurance requests including certificates of insurance and coverage inquiries; (6) Advising senior management on various vendor management initiatives by creating and enforcing our vendor management policy and program; and (7) negotiating client market data subscription renewals and keeping track of vendor information. Telecommuting permitted less than 50% per week within the same geographic location as the assigned Houlihan Lokey office location.

Compensation and Benefits Houlihan Lokey is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive total compensation package, which may include other components such as discretionary incentive compensation . The firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible salary range for this role at the time of posting is: $160,000.00-$180,000.00 Actual salary at the time of hire may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant qualifications, skills, and experience and the location where this position may be filled.
