Position Overview We’re seeking a strategic, results-oriented Senior Content Marketing Manager – Healthcare to lead content and audience strategies that bring MillerKnoll’s purpose to life in the North America Contract channel. In this role, you’ll shape a compelling, cohesive narrative across digital platforms, campaigns, and experiences—resonating with key audiences including architects, designers, dealers, clients, and internal sales teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Integrated Marketing to support demand generation and integrated plans, and partner with Sales Enablement and cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, impactful programs that drive engagement and market growth. Key Responsibilities Build and develop strong cross-functional relationships; understand the capabilities across the team and how that fits within the broader organization. Develop healthcare customer segment content marketing strategies using insight and data to drive purposeful positioning, powerful messages, and effective marketing and communications mix to help us succeed. Evaluate and prioritize high-potential healthcare market opportunities for segment targets and products. Collaborate with Sales Enablement to develop and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize growth and revenue. Manage and lead cohesive marketing plans for our healthcare business, driving the POV, segmentation, account, and portfolio strategies. Manage planning, design, and execution for key tools and experiences, working with external agency partners, internal resources, and project teams to achieve deliverables on time and on budget. Partner with Sales Enablement to align and activate these plans into the marketplace and connected Account-Based Programs for key customers. Collaborate with the product development team to identify opportunities and generate value through the commercialization process. Set KPIs and measure the impact of investments to drive refinements and continuous improvements, reporting results and recommendations to leadership. Influence segmentation, targeting, and positioning work to achieve customer and business objectives, balancing launch needs with category/portfolio considerations. Perform additional responsibilities as needed to achieve business objectives. Champion sustainability, design thinking, and innovation as core pillars of the MillerKnoll brand, unifying legacy brands under a forward-looking identity. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in B2B or contract industries. Strong strategic mindset with high-level execution ability. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments. Skilled in developing compelling content and tools for sales and marketing activation. Strong digital acumen and experience with full-funnel marketing approaches. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence across functions and levels. Experience with above-the-line, below-the-line, and digital channels.
