Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and credentialed Certified Financial Planner (CFP) to join our team as a Financial Advisor . This individual will be a key client-facing resource, responsible for facilitating client meetings, managing planning workflows, and leading post-meeting follow-through with support from a dedicated paraplanner. This role combines high-level planning and strategic relationship management with the benefit of a hybrid work model and a full suite of employee benefits. **No outside business development required** Key Responsibilities Client Management & Meeting Facilitation Serve as the primary advisor for an assigned book of business Prepare and lead client meetings; deliver financial advice with clarity and empathy Review and oversee meeting preparation materials Document meeting notes and assign follow-ups for compliance and execution Post-Meeting Execution Coach and guide the paraplanner on data entry, workflows, and follow-up accuracy Assign and oversee client action items, coordinating across the team Ensure all advice and activity are logged appropriately in CRM for compliance Financial Planning Develop, implement, and monitor customized financial plans Coordinate with clients' CPAs, attorneys, and other professionals Identify opportunities for enhanced planning in estate, tax, insurance, and investment strategies CRM & Operations Use Salesforce to track client progress, ensure task completion, and maintain records Assist with ongoing optimization and accuracy of Salesforce workflows What We Offer
