You'll work directly with partners representing corporate debtors in complex Chapter 11 proceedings, with significant responsibility and client interaction from the start. The firm's 1 1 partner-to-associate ratio ensures exceptional mentorship and professional development. Responsibilities
Draft bankruptcy pleadings, motions, and disclosure documents Participate in bankruptcy court hearings alongside partners Analyze financial data and transaction documents Research complex legal issues in bankruptcy and restructuring Support all phases of Chapter 11 proceedings Engage with clients under partner guidance Qualifications
