The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales supervision, consultative, high-value technology sales, with expertise in driving complex sales cycles, building consensus among C-suite executives, and educating for maximum resonance. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business. A successful candidate will be skilled at delivering value-driven solutions, aligning with client goals, and excelling in a consultative sales environment. Responsibilities Drive New Business Opportunities:
Target ideal customer profiles within your territory to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, emphasizing IT, cybersecurity, Azure, and VoIP solutions. Solve Business Problems:
Conduct discovery, stakeholder alignment, and executive briefings to address organizational needs in IT, cybersecurity, managed services, Azure, and VoIP. Drive Innovation:
Present and evaluate solution options to align decision-makers and facilitate informed decision-making. Become a Trusted Business Advisor:
Use storytelling and our Business Transformation Assessment to demonstrate how addressing business challenges and providing solutions can foster long-term partnerships, including delivering executive presentations and constructing technology roadmaps. Interview, hire, and train business technology consultants on a small team. Additional Responsibilities Business Development:
Prospect and secure new accounts, leveraging expertise in IT, cybersecurity, Azure, AI, and VoIP to drive client engagement and close high-value deals. Consultative Selling:
Understand client objectives and challenges, articulate alternative perspectives, and challenge the status quo. Solution Selling:
Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions. Pipeline Management:
Manage sales pipeline from lead to closure with accurate forecasting. Market Intelligence:
Stay informed on industry trends and serve as a subject matter expert within the organization. Team Collaboration:
Work with sales engineers, consultants, and support staff to deliver excellent service. Sales Technology Stack:
Utilize tools like Microsoft Azure (CRM), Salesforce, and 6Sense for outreach and pipeline building. Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to navigate complex deal cycles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify economic drivers. A strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, AI, Azure, and related solutions is essential, with the ability to align offerings with client needs strategically. Qualifications 5+ years of sales experience in IT, cybersecurity, VoIP, Azure, or related fields Experience as an Account Executive, Enterprise Account Executive, or Consultant focused on new business acquisition Experience with long sales cycles (6+ months) and complex deals Proficiency in sales tools like Salesforce and 6sense Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required Compensation OTE = $250,000/year (Base + Commissions)
