Position Summary
Our company is seeking a
Nurse Practitioner
to join its clinical team. The clinic offers individualized care in a warm and supportive environment, serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. The NP will provide medication management and collaborate closely with therapists and intake staff to deliver evidence-based mental health care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop treatment plans Manage medication regimens, monitor efficacy, and adjust dosages as needed Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure coordinated, holistic care Educate patients and families on medications, side effects, and health maintenance Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation Participate in quality improvement and chart review initiatives Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Comfortable prescribing and managing psychiatric medications (no benzos or opioids) Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset Education & Experience Active
NP license
in North Carolina (PMHNP preferred, FNP acceptable) Master's or Doctor of Nursing Practice (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program 1+ year of outpatient psychiatric/mental health NP experience
