Premise Health is seeking a full-time Medical Director to join our team in Siler City, NC. Conduct histories, physical exams, and prescribe treatments Provide comprehensive, person-focused healthcare services Oversee clinical practices and procedures at the site Develop annual health center goals and participate in clinical program outcomes Contribute to policy and guideline development Support and mentor physicians and providers, including potential teaching roles Partner with teams to enhance member engagement and service utilization Demonstrate clinical expertise relevant to services provided Serve as a collaborative physician for advanced practice providers Perform other duties to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care Minimum Qualifications:
Medical license in practicing states Federal DEA license (matching each state) State Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required Current board certification (ABMS, AMA, or AOA) or eligibility with exam within 1 year of hire CPR certification (BLS or ACLS) with hands-on skills verification Experience and Skills:
3–5 years in family practice, emergency, ambulatory, or occupational health Minimum 3 years management/leadership experience preferred Interpersonal and collaboration skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience with electronic medical records preferred Additional Details:
