A Client Implementation Analyst manages the electronic setup, testing, and go-live of IT projects involving Client Claims Processing via EDI or Web Services. The role involves end-to-end implementation of new and existing workflows and serving as a subject matter expert for internal initiatives and process improvements. Key Responsibilities
Manage client requests to access and customize Claritev Products using EDI and Web Services workflows. Understand client needs, research current setups, design solutions, and communicate timelines, risks, and impacts. Implement solutions, validate functionality, and perform testing. Coordinate with business and technical teams, build relationships, and manage IT deliverables. Participate in client and vendor meetings, provide HIPAA guidance, and ensure system setup compliance. Conduct testing, analyze issues, and propose improvements. Monitor client implementations, report on progress, and support system migrations and new product rollouts. Handle client inquiries, resolve escalated issues, and build monitoring processes. Document procedures, contribute to knowledge bases, and share learnings with teams. Support team goals, mentor junior members, and assist with deployment activities. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and uphold company values. Requirements
3+ years of healthcare analysis experience. Deep understanding of Healthcare IT claims processing, including EDI, Web Services/XML, FTP, and HIPAA protocols. Experience with HIPAA EDI 5010 X12 transactions (837, 997, 999, 834, 835, 277, 271). SQL querying skills, familiarity with tools like MS Office, ServiceNow, JIRA, Tableau, and ETL knowledge is a plus. Testing experience, including creating test plans, executing tests, and analyzing results. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Strong critical thinking, customer service, communication, and multitasking skills. Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $95K - $105K. Includes health insurance, 401k, bonus, and other benefits such as paid time off, tuition reimbursement, flexible spending, and more. Additional Information
