Vice President of Executive Search at SBT
SBT is a premier provider and a pioneer of global on-demand talent solutions, serving the senior-level talent needs of the Semiconductor Industry for 35+ years. SBT's Executive Search Associates are critical in executing all facets of the executive recruiting business lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement to new Business Development. Working closely with the firm's principals and connecting with team members across all levels of the Search team, Associates learn through hands-on experience and receive world-class training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-like model. Key Responsibilities Candidate-oriented and Business Development-Minded exceptional sales, research, and networking skills, quickly learn and utilize our proactive identification of active/passive talent and full life cycle recruiting engagement process for the best candidate experience Be a talent and account development magnet think inclusively, create diverse candidate pipelines, and build talent pipelines to attract passive talent Build intellectual capital in the tech industry, developing your knowledge Work directly with SBT leadership on research strategies, actively taking part in business development and client retention Ability to take ownership of the entire recruiting process Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required if demonstarted experience in sales, account management, or business development. Desire to develop your career as an elite Executive Search Professional Desire to get on the phone and learn! Excellent interpersonal skills, building authentic and long-lasting partnerships Business-minded, understanding the dynamics of candidates and the companies we represent Driven by a competitive entrepreneurial spirit to motivate success Interest and desire to learn about the tech industry and collaborate with a core team Must be able to absorb and process information Prioritize, organize, and manage in an office environment effectively Must be able to commit to working on-site Seniority level
