Cyber Security Analyst

The Cyber Security Analyst supports analysis and research to ensure that the organization's network and IT infrastructure are secure and protected from breaches. Working under close supervision, this role involves identifying potential information, network, or internet security vulnerabilities to proactively safeguard the organization. Responsibilities include: Assisting with designing and implementing information security standards for applications and databases to prevent unauthorized access, modification, or destruction. Understanding basic internet architecture and firewall configuration to enhance system security. Collaborating with the security team to support application development, database design, and network maintenance. Researching and advocating for the latest security technologies and solutions for internal and external clients. Monitoring data trends to analyze, investigate, and recommend improvements to security technologies. Staying informed about current malware and internet security threats to apply relevant protections. Performing other duties as assigned. Education:

Bachelor's Degree and/or equivalent experience (10 years in IT with 5 years in IT Security). Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in relevant field. Certifications:
