Skills/Certifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Proficient oral and written communication skills Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills Proven ability to manage time wisely and work independently Ability to work independently on multiple tasks involving critical deadlines with little or no supervision as well as part of a team Responsibilities: Perform various administrative and clerical activities for contract preparation and execution.
