Seeking a highly motivated
Customer Support Administrator
to support a federal customer's goals to modernize and transform their IT environment to efficiently deliver new technologies to their workforce.
Technical Proficiency and Expertise Deliver desk-side support Regularly scheduled backups Network storage allocation Preventative maintenance Support Microsoft Windows environments Repair/replace system peripherals Maintain configuration management data and documentation Install software patches, updates, and upgrades, including remote server and workstation administrations Maintain the operability of the Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) Troubleshoot and resolve communications equipment Facilitate resolution of network hardware and software problems Monitor network traffic and optimize network performance Create, update, and track service call requests Maintain remote user assistance capabilities Internet connectivity for standalone workstations Provide technical assistance for relocations and moves Stage and take down end user workstations and associated equipment Requirements
Active/current Secret Clearance is required at the time of hire 7+ years of relevant hands-on Customer Support Administration experience Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
