We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Program Director to lead high-profile semiconductor engineering projects. Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership:
Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company goals. Strategy Development:
Collaborate with senior leadership and client managers to develop strategies, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment. Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring transparency and clear communication. Risk Management:
Ensure proper resource planning, allocation, and retention. Plan for skill enhancement to meet client demands. Technical Background:
Semiconductor engineering, systems engineering, or semiconductor manufacturing. Quality Assurance:
Maintain high standards of quality and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Financial Management:
Oversee program budgets and ensure delivery within financial parameters. Reporting and Documentation:
Provide regular status reports and metrics to clients and leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability. Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering; MBA or relevant management certification is a plus. Experience
Minimum 10+ years in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5+ years in a client management role. Proven experience managing large programs (50+ team members), preferably in semiconductor or related industries. Demonstrated success in client relationships, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Track record of delivering programs on time and within budget. Why Join Us
