Job Summary
As an integral member of the Analytics Team, the Lead Technical Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for contributing to and leading teams in providing technical expertise in analytics tools to support business intelligence deliverables. These deliverables support organizational decision-making by providing insights, data extraction, reports, dashboards, and metrics. The Lead BI Analyst collaborates with clinical, administrative, and operational teams to develop analytics solutions that translate data into actionable insights, support performance monitoring, and answer complex business questions. This role involves leading projects, understanding business needs, procuring and integrating data sources, and troubleshooting technical issues. The Lead BI Analyst may also oversee projects related to data integration into enterprise data warehouses.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Bachelors degree in computer science, data science, business administration, or related field required; Masters preferred. Licenses/Certifications : Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Tableau, aCAP) preferred. Experience / Knowledge / Skills: Proficiency with analytics tools and languages such as SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, R, Python, etc. Experience in building reports, dashboards, and supporting decision-making processes. Strong project leadership and communication skills. Experience working in dynamic, matrixed organizations with senior stakeholders. Ability to analyze data, visualize insights, and communicate findings effectively. Excellent time management and attention to detail. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead and support analytics projects and initiatives across the organization. Mentor and serve as a technical advisor to team members. Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand business needs and develop solutions. Design, develop, and implement analytics tools and dashboards. Support data governance and quality initiatives. Continuously improve analytics services through technology and process enhancements. Develop training programs for analytics staff and users. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
