$100.00/hr - $100.00/hr Transform the future of education as the Enrollment Director at 2 Hour Learning, where we've revolutionized traditional schooling. Our innovative model enables students to master academics in just two hours daily through AI-powered personalized learning, creating abundant space for life skills development, creative exploration, and personal growth. The results speak volumes: our students excel academically, maintain their natural love of learning, and consistently outperform peers in traditional settings.
This role offers a rare opportunity to craft meaningful admissions experiences for families seeking a bold, effective alternative to conventional education. Free from the bureaucratic constraints typical of established institutions, you'll design high-touch, personalized admissions journeys that genuinely connect with families. Your strategic vision will directly impact enrollment growth while your innovative ideas will find fertile ground to flourish.
If you've ever envisioned a more authentic, impactful way to engage with prospective families and showcase educational excellence, here's your chance to bring that vision to life.
What Makes This Opportunity Exceptional
Pioneer Educational Innovation: Introduce families to our breakthrough model where students learn at twice the pace, without traditional teachers or busywork, gaining precious time for real-world skill development. Enjoy Genuine Autonomy: Unlike conventional private school positions, you'll have the freedom to shape, test, and refine admissions strategies based on real-world effectiveness. Drive Meaningful Change: Join a team dedicated to proving that academic excellence and personal fulfillment can coexist in a joyful learning environment.
Ready to lead an admissions process that truly transforms educational journeys? We should connect.
What You Will Be Doing
Champion the Family Journey: Serve as the primary ambassador for 2-Hour Learning, providing responsive communication, expert guidance through applications, and creating a frictionless experience from first inquiry to enrollment. Craft Compelling Introductions: Orchestrate dynamic school tours, engaging open houses, and informative sessions that vividly demonstrate how our model helps students achieve twice the learning in half the time while developing crucial life competencies. Leverage Analytics for Strategy: Monitor and analyze key admissions metrics through HubSpot and SIS platforms, identifying patterns and sharing actionable insights to optimize outreach and conversion strategies. Enhance Operational Excellence: Continuously update admissions resources and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, clear communication across all family interactions. Cultivate Lasting Connections: Engage prospective families with genuine empathy and insight, transforming the admissions process into a memorable journey that aligns with their educational values and aspirations.
What You Won’t Be Doing
Wrestling with Bureaucratic Red Tape: You'll have the authority to implement changes quickly, experiment with approaches, and enhance the admissions experience without navigating multiple approval layers. Overseeing Extensive Staff: This position focuses on your direct leadership of the admissions process rather than managing a large administrative team. Delivering Cookie-Cutter Experiences: Your interactions will be authentically tailored to each family's unique circumstances and concerns, not delivered from standardized scripts. Perpetuating Conventional Methods: You'll have the creative space to innovate and evolve admissions practices based on family feedback and measurable outcomes.
