Client is committed to delivering high-quality results and ensuring customer satisfaction through its team of skilled professionals and robust project management methodologies.Rate Range: $60-65/hr c2cJob Description:Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering and documentation for Salesforce Health Cloud implementations supporting patient support programs (PSPs) or hubs. Translate complex business processes in patient services into scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. Collaborate with pharma manufacturers, hub providers, and cross-functional teams to design workflows for benefits verification, prior authorizations, and patient onboarding. Develop detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows aligned with patient support best practices. Analyze data needs related to patient journeys, case management, and field services within Salesforce. Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC. Ensure solutions comply with regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and industry guidelines for patient data. Conduct UAT, support go-live, and provide post-implementation enhancements for Health Cloud deployments. Bring proven experience working directly with pharma manufacturers or hub service providers supporting patient programs.
