We are seeking a highly motivated
F-15 WST Support
position to support our USAF HQ ACC contract at Langley AFB, VA. The
F-15 WST Support
position will support and assist efforts to translate weapon system requirements into documented studies and analyses. This includes providing technical and analytical assistance to assess weapon system capabilities and translating system requirements into resource evaluation and documentation products. Responsibilities The
F-15 WST Support
will maintain broad technical and analytical resource proficiency to efficiently translate weapon system requirements into documented resource reports. This involves maintaining close interfaces with users, developers, industry, Air Staff, and other agencies to ensure resource development efforts align with overall DoD direction. Support effective planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of resource requirements. Assist in performing capabilities, program, and cost analyses for new and modified systems, including managing, developing, and analyzing resource documentation for the core A5/8/9 missions to support program execution. This includes building and defending 4-Star decision data via the USAF Strategic Planning and Programming Process and influencing the POM process once planning decisions are made. Develop Rapid Prototyping Requirements Documents, Rapid Fielding Requirements Documents, Capabilities Needs Statements, and other rapid acquisition products in line with evolving HAF/A5R policies and guidance. Support Solutions Pathway Reviews. Assist and support efforts to conduct studies, technical analyses, and reports to identify capability gaps, inefficiencies, and effectiveness of capabilities against current threats within the A5/8/9 mission areas. Facilitate and integrate efforts of working groups and IPTs to ensure data consistency. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility Three years of experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher Air Force level staff (active duty, government, or contractor) in operations or working in specific program or subject area of the A5/8/9 mission Three years of MAJCOM Program Element Monitor (PEM) experience Schedule Core hours are 0800-1700 M-F, with flexibility to set hours with customer leadership. Flex time during the 2-week pay cycle is permitted. A compressed work schedule (e.g., 4/10 or 9/80) may be available at work center leadership’s discretion. Why ASRC?
