We're hiring a
Quality Assurance Tester
to join our team in
Columbia, SC .
This role is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote. Key Responsibilities: Develop test plans, QA, and/or user acceptance testing processes and test cases for product management and software development teams. Develop and maintain SDLC traceability from test cases to requirements and designs/software components. Design and support user interface testing of applications and regression testing. Test software applications for reliability and stability. Skills & Qualifications: 5 years of experience with: Translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios. Building test cases and scenarios into test systems. 3 years of experience with: Healthcare operations (preferably Medicaid) and business processes. Communicating and publishing status reports of all open issues and gaps found during the test phase, and articulating the details to the development teams. Formal test design tools. Preferred Skills: 5 years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience. 3 years of experience with: Manual or automated testing tools, such as Azure DevOps or Atlassian Jira, and Confluence. Standard SDLC (Waterfall methodology) and Agile delivery. Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
